"fashion means...a lot and nothing to me. how i dress is how i feel. what i keep in mind is to always dress comfortably. no matter how intricate or simple the outfit, i always have to feel comfortable in it. fashion really is what you make it. i believe, like in art, that there is no right or wrong when it comes to fashion. you wear what you want and you make it your own. every person can pull off their own style and you should never try to be what you aren't when it comes to clothes (or even personality). i wouldn't know how to label my style, it's just a conglomeration of fabrics, ideas, and styles that i see and love and adapt to who i am"

"why do i dress the way i do? because, it expresses that i'm not just some average girl, i think that’s why i do it the most. i want to be different, and i want to be an individual. i want to be remembered as the girl who dressed herself well and didn't follow the pack. fashion, to me, is an art. it really is. your body is the canvas, and the clothes are your paint. my style is constantly changing, a bit like a mood ring. sometimes i want to dress girly with floral dresses. other times, i want to tomboy it up with messy hair and big honky boots. i'm a medium in clothes. but i always go for XL's and plus sizes. a close friend of mine once described it as 'hobo bohemian'"

"i use fashion as a way of telling people who i am. i wear what i like and what i feel comfortable in. i dislike that fashion has become so much about designer labels and looking trendy. it seems as though people following what's "in" look like carbon copies of each other. i would say my style is very vintage inspired. i adore the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and 70's, but most of all i am in love with 1960's fashion. from mod to hippie and everything in between. the clothes were always so bright and colorful, the fabrics were outlandish and frivolous, and the designs were simple to balance it all out"
